Grinder performance compared cutting through Β½ inch rebar with 5 pounds of pressure. Tool power/torque compared using a grinding disc with incremental increases in pressure up to 20 pounds. Whatever you do… don’t buy the porter cable “grinder” just cause you have the batteries. The porter cable will literally stop spinning in drywall or even 1 inch corrugated cardboard.
I knew I was a Milwaukee fan boy for a reason.

The ryobi requires a HP battery. You used an old, non-HP battery, invalidating these results.
