  1. For small jobs I have a 6amp Craftsman 4.5″ angle grinder and for big jobs I have a 13amp Bosch 6″ X-Lock angle grinder. I really like both of them for what I use them for. Been restoring a DeWalt 1030 radial arm saw from 1959 that someone welded angle iron all over the table as they had it sitting in a dirt floor barn. Been cutting through the old angle iron with the Craftsman, and grinding out old rusted square head bolts in the leg corners. Been using the Bosch with a box of 24 grit fiber discs to grind the welds off the legs where the angle iron was welded to. Both of mine are corded as I do most all my work in my shop and I have plenty of outlets in it. Never have to wait for charging that way.

  2. Hey do you have experience with the Brushless Dewalt grinders? In particular the 5/6″ one thats 13amps..

  3. you CANT use 3 amps on the cordless at the very least use % ap 2.3,4 amps are for for drills and impacts that dont take much juice get a 5 amp makita battery
